Redevelopment Project 

HCDC efforts lead to the redevelopment of existing affordable housing, we strive to the way  preserve   communities valley wide

In 2021 HCDC redeveloped Sunrise Villa Apartments in San Benito, TX. for Community Housing Economic Development Corporation. The project consisted of 12 two-story studio apartments on 4.13 acres built in 1984. Redeveloped 48,000 sf modernizing uniquely each unit, additionally included an Office area encompassing a  storage facility strategically situated  upon entering the property.
